When most in need, Tammy and Dave provided a very helpful service for us. Moving to the Big Island late last year, we needed help in retrieving our car from the port in Hilo and a place to store it until we arrived. It was a stressful time as the car arrived only a few days before we did, and there was a short timeframe in which to pick it up. Tammy and Dave to the rescue! Not only did they pick up the car and keep it safe, they filled up the tank, took the car to the airport on the day of our arrival, and when we walked out of the terminal, all we had to do was cross the street to find our vehicle waiting. It is difficult to describe just how much it meant to us, how much stress it took from the move, and how grateful we are that we were able to find this couple. Their knowledge of the Big Island and their dedication to helping others is invaluable.

 Tammy made a really tough move just that much easier. One of my biggest worries was dog food. Tammy let me ship a 25 lb bag of dog food (which you can't find on the island) to her so my pup could have it when we got there. On top of that we shipped ourselves a couple boxes of things that we're just too much to pack for the plane but needed before all of our household goods got here. I'm so grateful for this service during a stressful move.

Her and Dave quickly became our go to on island experts while planning our move, they also have a great referral network. We were able to use their service to ship one car ahead of the move. They picked it up from Pasha and stored it at their home, then left it at the airport on our day of arrival.  Moving from Hawaii to North Carolina in the middle of a pandemic is definitely not the easiest thing to do. But that's when we were needed back on the mainland so that's when we sold our house. The house was 2 doors down and across the street from Dave and Tammy and they had been our beloved and trusted neighbors for a few years. We managed to get our dog shipped and picked up by a friend. But our cat was a problem because we were not to close on our new house for a while and could not bring him immediately. Dave and Tammy jumped at the chance to help us out. They took our Julius in and cared for him as her own. Then when the time came and we had a place for him here, they got all his vet work done and shipped him over to us. It was seamless. I might add that Julius is not an easy cat. He is accustomed to being outside and lets that be known. Dave and Tammy are honest, dependable and trustworthy. I would trust them with anything. Plus, they has contacts and she knows how to get things done!

My husband and I recently relocated from the mainland and needed someone to pick up our car from Pasha because it arrived before we did. Tammy and Dave picked it up and parked it the Hilo airport so that it would be ready when we arrived. This was a huge help as our plane arrived at 9:45 pm and we were exhausted. Funny story: on the way to LAX we couldn't find our car key and Tammy had already locked our other key in the car as we asked her to. We were in a panic but Tammy offered to meet AAA there to get the key out after her dinner with friends. Luckily we didn't need her to do that (we found our key as we rummaged through the carry-on bag), but I was so grateful that Tammy offered to do this for us.
